		<description><![CDATA[Thanks so much for taking the time to write in, Shannon! I can&#039;t tell you how much I appreciate your encouragement! Another episode is in the works, and I hope to have it out next week. 

I love listening to podcasts, too. Yes, they&#039;re definitely good for computer time and traffic, and  I also like listening to them at the gym.  They keep me on a machine longer than music will--and since I have a hard time getting to the gym at all, that means something to me.  :)
