Susan - A terrific exercise! I chose #14 - the dialogue between my Birth Card (numeric: Hermit, astrological: Star) and my Year Card (Priestess). The discussion was quite lively! I was working with Alexandra Genetti's Wheel of Change deck, and the Star card is a female figure dancing, wearing the Milky Way as sort of a tutu. She actually got the other two to get up and dance! Thank you for this!

Now THIS is an exercise I could seriously benefit from doing. My birth card is the Heirophant and it, well, pisses me off royally! I know that there is a lot revealed purely in my reaction to the card and most of that is a reaction to how the card is usually depicted. I save any Hierophants I come across that don't seem so much "of the System", but are more Hermit-like in their attitude. Yes, I am absolutely going to do this exercise! Possibly with 3 or so cards, to examine what it is that provokes different levels of reaction in me. Thank you!
